It’s not just him which is what’s scary to me. Who was on duty with him at the time? Who is his commanding officer? Who is the district attorney that choose not to pursue charges against him? Which judges looked the other way?
Please don’t interpret this as me letting Brian off of the hook. When we say that racism is systemic then not everything can be pinned on an individual. There are levels of beaucrats that make this happen and all of them need to be held accountable.
